Gravity Jar privacy policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Gravity Jar: Spin & Merge for Android, developed by CernSoft Games — CERNSOFT's game studio — handles data. The game asks for no account and never asks for your name, email address or location.
What does the game store on my device?
Your scores and best score, coins, spin charges, daily streak, sound and vibration settings, and the status of the “Remove Ads” purchase. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How do ads work?
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. That data is governed by Google’s privacy policy; this page explains how Google uses it.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where it is legally required, the game shows Google’s consent form, which records your choice about personalised ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings at any time.
How are purchases handled?
“Remove Ads” is an optional one-time purchase made through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; we never see your card details. The game only learns that the purchase was confirmed and then turns ads off.
Does the game collect usage analytics?
No. This version of the game sends no usage analytics. If that changes, this policy is updated before that version is released.
Which permissions does the game request?
- Internet access — to load ads and verify purchases.
- Advertising ID — so Google AdMob can serve ads.
No camera, microphone, location or contacts permission is requested.
What happens when I share my score card?
The share button opens Android’s share sheet; you decide what to share, where and with whom. Shared content never reaches us.
Is the browser version different?
Yes. The browser version has no ads and no purchases; progress is kept only in your browser’s local storage.
Children’s data
Gravity Jar does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you have a concern about this, email info@cernsoft.com.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data removes all game data from your device. You can delete your advertising ID in Android settings. For anything else, email info@cernsoft.com; your full rights are in the privacy notice.
What if this policy changes?
If the way the game handles data changes, this policy is updated before that version is released; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
