Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains in plain language what data the CernSoft Games website (cernsoftgames.com) collects, where it is kept and for how long. In short: the site sets no cookies, does not track your visit and does not talk to ad networks.

Does the site track my visit?

No. There is no analytics tool, ad network, social media button or tracking pixel on the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps technical logs such as IP address and browser details for a short time so it can serve the site and block attacks.

Where are fonts and files loaded from?

All from our own domain. Opening a page makes no request to any third-party server, Google Fonts included.

What is stored when I play in the browser?

Your scores, coins and settings are kept in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device. The browser version has no ads and no purchases. Details are in the cookie policy.

Is there a separate policy for the Android game?

Yes. The store version shows ads and offers an optional purchase, so it is covered separately: Gravity Jar privacy policy.

Children’s data

The site has no sign-up form and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you learn that a child has emailed us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

How is my data protected?

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS, HSTS) and enforces a strict content security policy: pages cannot run code from any domain but our own.

What if this policy changes?

If the site’s behaviour changes, this text changes first; the date of the last update is shown at the top. Your full rights are listed in the privacy notice.
